Agreement to Terms

By using Chicago Valet Parking Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Service Description

Chicago Valet Parking Services provides professional valet parking services including:

• Wedding and private event valet parking
• Restaurant and hospitality valet services
• Corporate and retail valet parking
• Healthcare facility valet services
• Special event parking and traffic control

Booking and Payment

• All bookings require signed service agreements
• Payment terms are specified in individual service contracts
• Cancellations must be made according to contract terms
• Additional charges may apply for services beyond original agreement

Liability and Insurance

Chicago Valet Parking Services carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the terms specified in individual service contracts. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue information and any special requirements.

Vehicle Safety

While we take every precaution to ensure vehicle safety:

• Vehicles are parked at owner's risk
• We are not responsible for items left in vehicles
• Pre-existing vehicle damage should be reported upon arrival
• Our insurance covers damage caused by our negligence

Service Standards

We are committed to providing professional, courteous service. Our standards include:

• Uniformed, trained attendants
• Punctual arrival and setup
• Professional conduct and appearance
• Secure key management systems

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or inability to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government regulations.
