Absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I arrived, the valet team was professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They greeted me right away, handled my car with care, and had it ready almost immediately when I was leaving. Everyone was courteous and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to find service this good, and they truly went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this valet company to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and professional service. Truly had one of the best experiences with this valet service. Super attentive company, very mindful of the small details that matter. Want to absolutely give a huge thank you to the team for such a fast, trustworthy effort in my situation. Last week, I had came in for a early morning meeting at the office , was greeted by Seth and Brett, promptly and professionally they took my vehicle in, I noticed my wallet is missing during my meeting, shortly after my meeting ended, I rushed to look everywhere where I last left it, with no luck in sight, when headed back to check valet, Brett personally hands me over my wallet that dropped when rushing out my vehicle, never been more thankful in my life for such a trustworthy and honest company, will be my #1 valet company that I will always use when coming to Chicago.
